I've got a fair size tat. It's a simple black only design with all the outline done already which I reckon I can finish off by myself or at least get a mate to finish as practice.

Does anyone know where in Beijing I can find all the gear to do it?

I've checked out a few places for prices to finish it, but been given what a consider, way over the top, laowai prices to finish it off. If anyone can give ideas of prices for a set up I'd appreciate it, because even though it might be more than those prices, I'm still wanting to get some more designs done.
