i-phone help?

Hi is there any i-phone/mac experts here?

I am having difficulty connecting my iphone to a home network which i have just set upa t home in order to connect my iphone to my mac's wifi signal at home as i do not have wifi at home (which is another story}. The iphone recognises the network and has full bars on the signal on the phone. Although i still cannot connect to the internet on my phone.

Any help would be much appreciated

if you are like me, you probably set up a password for your network a long time ago but saved it in your computer settings so you would not need to log in every time and have since forgotten about it -- hence when you try to get on with your phone, you don't have the password set up so you can't get on.

Hi thanks for your reply,

I don't think its a password issue as i connect via an ethernet cable. I set up the password myself when i created the home network.
I connect to the internet via an ethernet cable. When i connect to the internet it goes through a webiste were the password has already been saves and set up by the internet service provdier.

Do you have an iphone?
