Make new key service (for Electric Bike)

This weekend I lost the keys to my electric bike and unfortunately, I don't have any copies. Also, I had locked the wheel so it would be hard to transport the bike. Where can I can get service to have someone make a new key (without original), and how much should it cost? Thanks.

Maybe you can ask for help from the shop where you bought the electric bike. Normally if you don't have the key, it is really hard to make a copy one.

or you can ask a Shifu who's fixing bicycles on the street to help break the lock and change a new one.
