I'm not at all saying FSX is anything that realistic. It's very decent for a product billed as a game.

I got into FS in a far too serious way for like 5 years... The problem is you start with the basic program then there's thousands of free sites offering scenery add-ons and every aircraft going. It has a traffic function that puts loads of other aircraft around the airports and skies and you can recall multiple camera video views of your landings.

One thing though, if you are ever considering buying an R/C aircraft, the program will save you bucketloads of cash from all those crashes. FC has a "control tower" view so you can fly whichever aircraft you choose from the perspective of someone with an R/C plane.

Oh yeah, get a flight yoke or decent joystick for this prog, its pointless on a keyboard.
