I have had some stomach cramps and diarrhea for 5 days and went to local clinic in Beiyuan (Tongzhou Beiyuan subway). It was not particularly clean , I had a chinese friend who helped translate and I get some antibiotics after I refused an IV for the drugs.
sadly not better and need to go somewhere else but cannot afford the prices on here 1000s of RMB , anyone recommend anywhere else in location or anywhere in BJ, it doesnt have to be English speaking doctors, Really need some help

Go to Peking Union Medical College (Xiehe) Hospital (take the line 1 subway to Dongdan). They have a foreigner's section but you don't have to go there if you don't require English service - the doctors in the "regular" outpatient department are quite good.

The problem with xiehe is that you have to lock the door behind you so that no one comes barging in during your appointment and hijacks the doctor's time. Also, how do you ever manage to gua-hao over there? They never have any openings! If anyone knows, could you fill me in?
I suggest the IMC clinic. Fast and efficient and complete.

Yeah, I suppose that registration can be a pain. However, certain departments are easier to "gua hao" for than others. I hear that obstetrics is the worst - apparently the lineup to gua hao starts at 3:00 AM! But other departments (such as ophthalmology) are much easier. Anyways, I think the OP would be fine as long as they get there by 7:00 AM to register.
If the OP is that concerned about the privacy thing, then there's the foreigner department.
