It's time for my grandam's birthday. For tradition, elder native person in Beijing always like using it to celebrate his birthday, as junior certainly need order "Birthday Bun with Bean Paste Filling" in advance, and birthday cake is required also, providing for the party of big family.

I usually order it on the Willow Ju Fan Zhuang (柳泉居饭庄), which the steamed bun with sweetened bean paste (豆沙包) is famous.
