Extending L visa and what documents

To extend or get a new L visa at PSB I know you have to produce document of residence and proof of 3000$US or equivalent in a Chinese document as well as the application form , Is that all thats required and where can I see a full list of requirements?

if you want to extend L visa at PSB by yourself, you need to bring the registation of temporary residence and bank book which has 3000 USD in it. L visa can be only extended for two times and each time is for 1 month.

The documents should be prepared:
1. the registartion of temporary residence;
2. the bank saving certificate (Chinese Bank account, save 21000RMB or 3000USD in & get the copy of the account information);
3. a piece of 2 inch photo with white background;
4. passport;
5. money for paying the government fee.
