I have a Chase debit card with a Mastercard label on it. Do ATM's in Beijing and other cities accept debit cards with Mastercard

I know there are corporate offices for Chase bank in China, but I don't think there are any actual banks or ATM's for Chase there(even my bank didn't know!) so I'm willing to just pay the extra withdrawal fees to use any ATM I come across...that is if I can even access my funds using a Chase debit card with a Mastercard label? No Visa label on this one...I hope I'm alright.

You can use it at any ATM with the Cirrus logo which includes most ICBC and Bank of China ATMs.
