Where can one buy cheap shisha tobacco?

They sell it here in Beijing for 70 kuai a box (al fakher) but that sh** is insane because what it really costs is about 20-25. I can't pay such an outrageous sum for it. Does anyone know where one can find shisha tobacco for a reasonable price?

U can buy shisha tobacco in Houhai. They sell chinese-made ones for 15-25 and good ones for 30-35 kuai.

we sell it in Falahfel but its from Dubai(al fakher) so the price is 60 kuai for smal box
