Spousal Z visa - how to get a work permit?

I have a spousal Z visa and want to get a work permit. I can provide all relevant paperwork but do I really have to leave China to sort this out? I am a British passport holder.

if you have a company (they offer you all the papers i need ) and documents(such as your bachelor certificate,2 years experiences), you can get work permit without leaving china

Normally ul need to go outside of China to apply Z visa, but with some visa agency's help, u can get it done in bj directly, need my help, feel free to contact me.
