hi
this is is my first post so
i hope u can answer my question
one of my friend like to study master in Chine ,but he is Hepatitis B carrier
is that prevent him him to have a student Visa

One of the necessary conditions of student visa application:
You must have enrolling school's letter such as "Admission Confirmation Letter" .Does your friend have it??

Notes:"Admission Confirmation Letter" by the enrolling school for foreign citizens who have entered China on an L or F visa .

yes, my friend has "Admission Confirmation Letter"
but he afraid that his healthy situation (Hepatitis B carrier) may prevent him to get the Visa
