No worries, physical check is valid for 6months, so u can use it to apply for Z visa in Chinese embassy in the States.

However, when u come back to China with Z visa, ul go on the application of employment permit n 1yr residence permit application, so ul need original physical check for both steps, make sure in that period, ur physical check is still valid, if it might not, ud better hold ur current physical check documents to the hospital again to get new ones which only cost 60rmb for each original physical check without doing the blood check again.
