Okay, as I've said, I'd give my full feedback when I get my new visa. So here goes my story.

I went to Beijing to meet crystal927 of this forum 2 weeks ago. Since I wasn't very familiar with their office & my Chinese friend was more eager to meet our other friends than to accompany me (LOL), I told her that I'd be needing some help locating their building.

Crystal offered her colleague to have me picked up at the subway station. We went straight to their office, they had a pretty good one. Crystal & her other colleague were very professional and the other Western who came after me was also very satisfied with their service. The price was very reasonable. In fact, the one given to me was the lowest compared with the ones quoted to me by the other agents.

Another good thing about their company is that they don't ask for any down payment. I was supposed to use LEEO, but they were very inconsistent & expensive! I guess I've ended up with a very good choice.

Last Friday, my new visa was ready for pick up, but I went on a trip to Shanghai with some friends. So we were thinking if we should head back to Beijing to pick it up, or just have my passport sent to us. Since I couldn't fly without my passport, we could only use the train to travel around China. We had our thoughts on this inconvenience.

I asked Crystal to send a scanned copy of my new visa & she did. After a thorough look at it, we decided to just have it mailed to us, a little risky, but it was a calculated one. We sent a bank transfer. We gave the address where to send my passport. We got my passport with its new visa a day after they mailed it expressed to us.

That's another plus for Crystal & her company. She made sure everything was well taken cared of & she gets back to me right away whenever I have some inquiries. Bottom line, they are reliable.

So to top it all, I'd give her & her company 10/10 =) I'd definitely recommend her service & I'd make use of their company again (sinovisa) if I decide to stay here a bit longer in the future. I had an L-F conversion valid for 6 months.

It's good to have honest and good people like Crystal here in China who can help us (foreigners) have a better experience of the country.
