No Degree

I've been working in North-East China as a teacher for 4 years. I have a TEFL and all the references I would need from previous employers. I want to move to Beijing to work, but I haven't a degree. Is it still possible, with the experience I have, to obtain a residence permit? Any advice would be welcome.

Yes,it's possible to obtain a residence permit without a degree.
So,
1.when will your visa expire?
2.What's your nationality?
Before you come to beijing,you should get release letter from your employer.
