Don't worry about the visa application, things are always happen and there will be some way to deal with these problems.

The F visa can not be extended any more from last mouth. But if you have a travel visa or a business visa, you can convert it to working visa and without leaving China.

U just need to provide the documents required from the working visa application is fine:

1、Passport with valid visa
2、Bachelor degree or above（original one）
3、At least 2 years Working experience (Original one with company's seal or the signatiure of the HRD on it， and the time showed on the Working experience letter should after the time you got the Bachelor degree )
4、Temporary Residence Registration Form in Beijing (also named Accommodation Certificate)；
5、Health Check Report;
6、Your CV/Resume
7、Photo (6×2-inch, with blue or white background)
8、Age: should between 24~60 year old
