L visa to F visa 6 month mutli for 1000rmb??

Got in touch with one of the visa agents who advertise on this site and he said that after October 1st he should be able to convert L to F visas and add a 6 month multi extension for around 1000rmb. Sounds far to good to be true.
Anyone else found offers like this?

Alex thinks the pizzas at the Tree and the Kro's Nest are rubbish.

L-F is not available,and I am not sure it will be ok in Oct, because there will be national holiday then,which means visa situation will be stricter at that time. Big events do have impact on visa appliation.
But there is no impact on work visa (Z)visa application, and L/F to Z conversion is easy.

The satisfaction we get from a lifetime depend on how high we choose our difficulties.
