Working in Beijing? My advice.. Dont

Poor environment , actually a foul environment, it can really make you sick and of course the cheating and thieving, dishonest people employers, Go somewhere else is my advice, after living there for 6 months.

All is not lost, yet

Re: Working in Beijing? My advice.. Dont

Marky Mark got burnt badly.
Long sleeves and sunscreen next time.

Sometimes the same is different, but mostly, it's the same.

Re: Working in Beijing? My advice.. Dont

difficult to get badly burnt through the polluted skies, of course your lungs can get badly burnt.

All is not lost, yet

Come on sunny. Don't take it badly.
You must have really got f***ed over if you're still this bitter about it. I've had some really bad experiences in other countries I went to live in. But I got back on the horse and gave it another shot later.
What you've said about Beijing is absolutely true, but there's other reasons to stay which outweigh those in many peoples minds.

Sometimes the same is different, but mostly, it's the same.

no triple sevens with MB, we just met and chatted and she got me buzzed on good champagne!

She is very sexy and beautiful though, too bad most of you did not get to see her in person, really cool.

This is pretty accurate. Remember always! If they are cheating, thieving or dishonest to you just remember they are poor broke. Do you know the housing costs here not to rent but to buy. They have no other place to go and come on feel a little sorry but they are chinese and cannot leave. So give the people some slack but I agree with you 110 %.

The things I don't understand if they are poor broke why do some of them throw thrash on the ground like it was a military base with the soldiers picking up after the filthy idiots? I mean they have portal potties where you have to spend money to use those things no wonder why the parents let the kiddies pee & poo poo on the ground like some pet. Sick

Actually, I am very interested in your stories. I will tell you one of mine about a poor broke girl that did no work actually none. This girl admitted she couldn't remember or memorize a couple of lines. Later I recite the whole piece of paper or article and for some reason she tells me she can do it better and its a fact. hahahahah! Liar

Actually, I was in the military, boy scouts, college graduate, cutco rep, teacher, tutor, went to church so yes memorizing lines is not hard for me and I'm not poor broke like some of these idiots living here. I'm actually pretty rich myself but I just hate when you work somewhere and the poor broke people start to say stupid things its like ummm....i got money you don't so I can leave and you have to stay your poor broke ass here. lol! Shakespeare Coined the phrase "in a pickle", Queen Elizabeth I ate sweets until her teeth rotted, Einstein failed his college-entrance exam. They probably didn't want you to know.....Power to the user! Michael

You are a college graduate from the USA? I don't know what you graduated with, surely not English grammar?

Re: Working in Beijing? My advice.. Dont

Yes, The laws of China I know all about them. Some Chinese fisherman broke the Laws of Japan and China gets really angry. Seems China doesnt like it when other countries have laws which affect its citizens.

It's about sovereignty,not law

Dump her

Re: Working in Beijing? My advice.. Dont

I thought it was about someone ramming someone else twice, silly me. You don't stand outside someone's house kicking their car because you feel their garden fence is in the wrong place.

But the fact is someone broke the law of Japan. Oh by the way they also broke the sovereignty of Japan. Case closed.

I've never been cheated off money or anything.
What I do dislike about working in China is the low ambition people have.
Generally speaking, workplaces in China are uninspirational, unless there's a western management.

And when the monk asks for his change, after paying, the vendor tells him "change must come from within" :)
