You may changed your job and work in a new company now, so you have to update your working visa. There are two steps for you to follow:
Step one: go to the labor bureau. It will take you 5 working days, and here are the documents:
1, Application for the employment of the employee
2, Original dimission Certification
3, Copy of the employment contract with the stamp of the employer
4, Beijing original working permit or Cancellation of previous working permit in other cities.
5, Copy of business license with the stamp of the employer
6, Work lisense registration form with the stamp of the employer
7, Personal certificate in Chinese
8, Original more than 2 years working reference letter abroad
9, Passport
10, Temporary residence permit
Step two : go to the PSB. It will take you 5 working days, and here are the documents:
1, Original working permit
2, Copy of business license with the stamp of the employer
3, Visa and residence permit application form
4, Original passport
5, Temporary residence permit
6, Photo
