Right now,it's not available to extend F visa for any countries.
The policy maybe open this week,but nobody can be sure.

you might want to check out this from the Global Times today before you get your hopes up too much.

I don't think they would be making people go through interviews at the police station to get a F visa renewed in country just as a temporary measure. This must be a new policy change. So must be the 20 days waiting period.
