10 years ago. used to be a shop in jianguomen, in the same building as the Friendship Store. Had one in Lido as well.

it was a dismal failure.

maybe they'll be back someday.

Also in Hangzhou/Nanjing/Guangzhou...those places already have Chinese imitators of Dunkin' Donuts, too. We are way behind on the donut curve here in BJ...although the cupcake scene is growing.
