Visa for my kids

I am here on a Z visa and my kids are on this with me. However, their passports expire in March of next year and therefore they only got a visa until March whereas mine runs until July. Basically, the date of expiry for my Z visa and the kids' visa is different by about 4 months.
Is it possible for me to renew my visa in March along with the kids' and then we will all be in line with each other again? My concern is renewing my Z visa so many before prior to the July expiry date, can I do this?
Another other suggestions?

Normally speaking, you can only extend your Alien employment permit and residence permit in turn one month before your visa expires if you work for the same employer.
You can get new passports for your kids and extend their visas till July. Then in June, you can extend your kids' and your visas.

Hi,
I think you should re-new your kids' passport.Then you can extend your kids'visa to July next year.
And you can also extend your work visa in March,but will spend some more money.Then,your family will be in line with each other.

hello .your situation .there are two methods
1 till next year march ,your kids's visa expired,we can extend his\her visa to july ,
2 till next year march ,you and your kids extend yout visas together to 2010 march
