If you have USD3000 or RMB21,000, I think do the tourist visa extension yourself is better than finding an agent to do tourist visa extension.

Your passport
2 two-inch photo
Bank reference(a provement to show that you have 21,000RMB in the back accont)
The temporary residence permit
L visa can be extended for two times, and each time is for one month.
