2 years experience for Z visa

Hello,

I have to start working and apply for a Z visa, as you all know it requires 2 years of experience which I don't have.

I'd like to avoid failure and I heard some magical agencies knew how to change the resume to fit to what is required and have the necessary connexions (Im in Beijing right now).

Any agency to recommend?

Thanks

Hi
The 2 years experience we can help you but you have to let we to apply the Z vise for you.If you only need the 2 years experience we cant do it.The total is 7000yuan.If you want please let me know.

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

If you find a company that sponsors your Z-visa they can ask to void the 2-year requirement when applying for your Employment License. They just have to give good reasons why you are especially qualified. If you do everything legally you don't need an agent and a lot less than 1000RMB.

Schnitz>

Thanks, the thing is I don't have any example of hopefuls getting their invitation letter/working permit without lying about the 2 yr experience.

Your plan of adding a letter saying I'm the only one that can do the job is quite interesting, however there's no guarantee that it works.

I think for 7000RMB I will just keep the money and stay in my home country Smile

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

Just that you don't know them doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I know at least 2 people who got employed 100% legally and without the "help" of an "agent" without the 2 years experience and without lying about it. One in Beijing and the other one in Shanghai. Both also never faced troubles because of "policy changes", despite staying in China during the Olympics, the Expo, the Asian Games, etc....

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

I'll be in the same position a few months down the road. But I know of a few people who have taken up employment in Shanghai and they had ZERO work experience beforehand. No employment during school, no working in the pub during the summer, nothing. They're working in the real estate sector at the moment and they had no problems getting the Z visa.

Take the advice of Schnitz. The employer will "find" a reason why you are the only candidate. Save your money.

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

Honestly I think it is more random than that.
I've been lurking the web for feedbacks concerning the Z visa and the general opinion is that
o things are more flexible in Shanghai then Beijing
o things were much easier a couple of years ago compared to now
o whatever the kind of company/sector doesn't really matter, what counts is the guy who is going to stamp your application.

My company is really huge, nevertheless they failed a couple of Z visa in the past months for 2-year XP reasons and I don't want that to happen to me.

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

My company took care of that so you should let your company do that too. Meaning all visa expenses payed by them.

Didn't have 2 years full-time working experience. I guess my company really wanted me here don't they? Wink

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

when i first came to beijing (2 years ago) i encountered the same problem. my employer told me i needed to "edit" my CV... invitation letter was issued shortly after!

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

stump and chaneyt have hit the nail on the head, I think. Basically the bottom line is that it's random and takes a bit of "edit" and "creativity" sometimes.

Re: 2 years experience for Z visa

is this true? i need z-visa as well...
