Hi all,
I have been living in Beijing for about 4 weeks now with my girlfriend and am approaching the end of my 35 day tourist visa. The plan is for me to get another tourist visa for a month and then travel around China after that.

So far I haven't registered the address of the apartment I'm staying in because of documentation issues. What is the best way to give the PSB the registration info I need to get my next visa?

I have read a lot of conflicting information on forums but it seems perhaps I might be able to stay in a hotel for one night, get a registration form from them and then apply at the PSB the day before my visa runs out. Is this at all possible and or are there any other ways in which I can extend my visa and avoid the registration fine?
