Barney Miller is great! so funny, good show, I liked Differnt Strokes as well. 80's, hmmm, that was a long time ago, what else was on? I watched the Dukes of Hazzard, but it was not so great to others but I loved the car so thats why my friends and I were into it. Yes Six Million Dollar Man was good, did not watch much of the Bionic Woman. hmm, someone else will stir my memory and come up some others.

What i was very young, i liked one sitcom where the lady and her husband have some magic to step cross wall by just knocking wall....Most of episodes are funny stories in a big apartment building where the magic couple lived. I watched it at 80's, i guess it was in air in US at 70's....
Have anyone watched this sitcom too?

Star Trek, sorry the great Chinese firewall will not let me open any picture from google tonight, but I watched alot of Star Trek back in the day, that was 70's and 80's right? Battlestar Gallactica, the original, watched that too!

Knight Rider, ChiPs, Dukes of Hazzard. All those car shows rocked. I loved WKRP in Cincinatti, and this is totally geek overload, but I also loved Little House on the Prarie.
I can remember my brother running around the house with Mork from Ork suspenders and trying to imitate Robin Williams character. Mork and Mindy was more his show.
Sure there were many more. I watched so much more TV than my kids do now.

Rockford files, Colombo, Sanford and Son, Good Times, All in the family ... many that were already mentioned above.

Oh, Fantasy Island and The Love Boat were awesome because you got to see different stars every week.

ALL the GREAT shows were 70's/80's.

No point in listing them really. The 90's sucked. Maybe 21 Jump Street and 90210 were okay.

Interestingly enough, do you know what the first American show to play in China was?

It was this:

I just picked up the complete series on DVD a couple of weeks ago. Terrible, but awesome at the same time. Like the 70's/80's.

The first American show i watched is "My Favorite Martian"!! It was translated as "火星叔叔马丁" in Chinese, in air on every Sunday afternoon Angel
