Golden Banan Rolls
You will need
18 saba bananas, peeled
36 lumpia wrappers, cut into 2
3 1/2 cups brown sugar
7 pandan leaves
1 can (836 g) DEL MONTE Pineapple chunks
3/4 cup margarine or butter
3/4 cup cooking oil
Here's how
1. Slied banana lenghtwise into 4. Wrap each sliced with lumpia wrapper and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
2. Mix sugar, pineapple chunks syrup and pandan leaves well. Cook for 5 minutes. Add DEL MONTE Pineapple chunks and margarine. Pour over banana rolls just before serving.
