Does anyone knows a reliable courier service that delivers from Europe to China?
The reverse way seems easy. We use EMS for international postal service. They charge about 200RMB for a envelope up to 500g.
We tried UPS for shipping from Germany to China and it was a catastrophe. Very urgent documents got stuck with the delivery person. We saw in the tracking page that the envelope reached Beijing within 3 day but then no one came to our house (we live in a decent place not a hutong where they easy get lost).
There were no phone calls and no message at the door or post box (as it would be usual in Europe).
Anyone with better experiences?
