Celiac Support Group + Homaroma + eco chef

Our next celiac support group meeting will
be one week from today. We will meet on May 10th from 6-7 pm at the
Yurt of Beijing United Family Hospital, Lidu location.
In addition to our regular meeting topics,
we are delighted to introduce two guest speakers, Ms. Philippa Kelly and Ms.
Jennifer McClelland.
Ms. Kelly may have an extensive background
in economics, but lucky for us- one of her passions is food. She will represent Homaroma, a baked goods and catering company that offers gluten-free delicacies.
She will be introducing the story behind Homaroma and offer tastings of her recipes.
Ms. McClelland is a raw food & pastry
chef and eco health adviser. An American living in China, Jennifer
is the face of a new generation of eco chefs who merge culinary arts with
sustainable living. She will be introducing the concept and benefits of raw
food cuisine. Raw food can be a delicious, healthy, and gluten-free addition to
your diet.
