Beijing Air Quality monitor

Hi all,

I've just discover this website but have no idea how to interpret data.

http://iphone.bjair.info/

I mean, right now (2 pm) we have the data at 1 pm, the top is blue indicating "good", but bellow is red with "Very Unhealthy" written.
And what I feel today is not that good actually.
Can anyone explain to me?

While this may seem like a bot message it isn't. The site also has an explanation what each number means.
