High Blood Pressure medication

Hi folks,
as i m soon to arrive in Beijing, i was wondering how to cope with my high blood pressure issue whilst in China.
I use around 20mg Enalapril per day and wonder how i could get new medication while in CHina and if the pills will be legit or just dextrose.. i will not be working hence, all be paid RMB-on-counter

Medication is good but aside from the medication, you can lower your blood pressure by eating healthy and meditating on a daily basis.

Enalapril Maleate Tablets is 马来酸依那普利片 in Chinese. Write them down on some paper. Bring a dice with you. Go to a pharmacy and show them the paper, the on-duty doctor will ask you to leave your contact info and prescribe that... No idea if they treat foreign customers more strictly. You'll get several choices from different pharmaceutical companies and you can toss the dice to decide which one to take.
Or ask a Chinese friend for translation help.
Or bring your own medicine here.

To the OP, be aware that that restaurants here pile on the MSG, which will not help your blood pressure.

To lower it rapidly? Definitely wrong... if you have basic medical knowledge. It only causes asphyxia!

The blood vessel is so narrow and the heart must pump harder as the pressure increases.The best for you is to depend upon salads, green vegetables and seasonal fruits. Tomatoes are reported to be very effective in controlling high blood pressure.

Raymond, are u happen to be a troll??? Dont you think having a high blood pressure disposition in my family makes me ignorant about the does and donts? btw have a look into the paleo diet, lots of fat and so on, hardly any tropical fruits...bloodwork s is terrific. If i ask a serious question

In China it's not that hard to get drugs,both prescribed and OTC.
You can even get drugs from men who are riding a tricycle on the road. Those people buy secondhand drugs and then sell them out. It's illegal. But many villagers live on them since secondhand drugs are much cheaper and you don't need to visit the doctor again and again.
When work, commitment, and pleasure all become one and you reach that deep well where passion lives, nothing is impossible.
