Z visa would be the most long term visa.
Our company can sponsor you to extend your Z visa for one year.
One the other way,you can apply a new F visa in HongKong.We can help extend your F visa for 6 months.

It is impossible for you to change the Z VISA directly to F in Beijing.

I suggest you to extend your current Z VISA with our company, as Z-VISA is much more convenient than F VISA.
You can go anywhere that you want after the visa extension.

The most convinent visa for yo is Residence Permit (so called working visa), that is 1yr with multiple entries.

Let me help you solve the visa issues.
Part I
If you hold L visa,we can extend your L visa twice for one month.
Part II
If you hold X/Z visa ,we can u extend X/Z visa to X/Z visa for one year or half year.
PartIII
If you hold F visa,we can Extend F visa half a year.
by the way , If you Hold L or F visa. can convert to Z visa one year.
