Are these foods available in Beijing?

Hi! I'm new to this forum, and I will be moving to Beijing in 2 weeks.
I would like to know, can these foods be found in Beijing? How easily, and where? (specific examples, real locations?)

-Romaine lettuce, the ones that look like this

-extra virgin olive oil

-100% Whole wheat bread (the REAL stuff, not "whole grain" or "12 grain", 100% whole wheat)

-greek yogurt, 0%

-True Almond Original Almond Milk (Silk brand)

-Bran flakes

Thanks in advance. Smile

Moving to Beijing on June 30.

Re: Are these foods available in Beijing?

All the things you've listed, except the Almond Milk, are available at international stores such as April Gourmet and Jenny Lou's (check directory for locations.)

But bear in mind, that at those store, what you're looking for will be very expensive (at least compared to Chinese prices.)

check lehuocheng for these items too

and for the bread, boulangerie nanda certainly does one of the best job in beijing for this type of products

Re: Are these foods available in Beijing?

I've seen Almond Breeze at the Jenny Lou's in guomao's jianwai soho. Haven't been there recently tho.
