Internet banking that lets you transfer money inside China?

Hi all

Im looking to open up a bank account where i can use English internet banking to transfer money to another account in Beijing. I need to make monthly payments and will be out of the country most of the time, so its important that i get an account with working internet banking in English.

Any recomendations? If no such service exists, has anyone ever tried using internet banking in English to transfer money from their account?

ICBC offers English internet banking, works well for me (except that I recently forgot my password).

ICBC. You will need to buy one of their USB key security devices, though.

I understand ICBC offers English Internet banking, but does it also supports for money transfer? And what is the process to start internet banking on our account?

Yes, it supports transfers both domestic and overseas. However, to use that function you need to register for Internet banking at an ICBC branch and obtain a USB key.
