About Speakers
Mr. Zhao Li
Mr. Zhao Li is the top arts market expert in China. He is a professor and master tutor with China Central Academy of Fine Arts. He is the art director of Arts Beijing, director of Arts Finance, director of AMRC Arts Market Analysis and Research Center, and vice secretary-general of Wu Zuoren International Arts Foundation. His interests include arts history, protection and development of cultural heritage, and arts management and promotion. He has engaged in development of the China Arts Market Research Report. He has been invited to speak at many national and international conferences and to plan many arts events. As an influential figure in arts circle in China, his thoughts are important guidance for arts investment.
Prof. Gong Jisui
Mr. Gong is a professor employed by China Central Academy of Fine Arts. Prof. Gong specializes in China arts market and arts transaction. He has worked as the director of Chinese Calligraphy and Painting Dept. of Sotheby's New York and managed the auction of ancient Chinese paintings. He has led Sotheby's auction of modern Chinese oil painting in Hong Kong. He has good understanding of domestic and international market for antiques.
