I am convinced that I need an Xbox 360 with Kinect to continue living life!!!

I am a total newbie (and part idiot) to the world of Xbox and so need some detailed advice about what I should get.

I have heard there are 4gb and 250gb versions...

Are there different regional versions (i.e. HK, Japan, etc)? If so, which one should I get?

Do the consoles come chipped, or is that extra? Are there different versions of the chips?

How many controllers do I need? Which controller is the bomb-diggidy? Are there official and "copied" versions of controllers?

I was quoted RMB 2,750 for an Xbox 4gb / Kinect bundle that I was told could play copied discs (@ 5 RMB per game).

What are the must have games that I better get and start practicing so I can still get my butt-kicked, but at least still have fun during the process instead of looking like I just got my candy stolen from me!
