Xbox Live, Xbox 360 help need info

okay ive been researching and i found out in china stores do not sell xbox 360 and theres only fake xbox360 with 5 rmb sold i want to know if i buy the fake x box will i be able to play on xbox live. if if yes how will i get the xbox live in my xbox 360, will i have to login and buy it with my credit card.
and what are the chances of me being banned

i own a xbox 360 which i bought in the U.S what should i do should i bring my xbox 360 or should i just bring the harddrive, controllers what should i do what will be best for me

i am planing to play online especially gears of war 3 which is about to come out in setember by that time i will be living in beijing so im looking for advices

Also, a "period" is a form of punctuation resembling a small dot on the bottom of the line you are writing on. It looks like this "." It is commonly used to mark the end of a sentence.

Can you identify all of the periods in the following exercise?

If you chose 3 and 7, you are right!!!

Does anyone actually play Xbox360 living here in China though? I'm curious myself of what they cost, where to buy games/points and user experience from purchasing one in China. Thanks for sharing.
