“2 years Work visa” from THAT'S CHINA is illegal or???

A lady with THAT'S CHINA told me they can give me "2 years Work visa", but most of my friends told me it's impossible, because all can only get 1 year.

Then some person instruct me that “2 years Work visa”is illegal, because it means I am the "Legal Represent" for their company, so I might be put into jail if THAT'S CHINA did or do some illegal things in the past or in the future.

And they charge me 18,800RMB for that services, which is very very bloody!

Any suggestion for me? (My visa is running up soon in the end of September.)

If you are so worried about that, then you just get a 1yr working visa or F business visa.

I vote that the OP is trying to earn her fiddy, or maybe more, by baiting 'visa agents'.

As I understand, you can get 2 year work visa if you have your own company, not an employee of a company. My contract is for 2 years. I still get one year visa and have to review it for another year. Are you sure you didn't accidentaly type one extra zero? 18,800 is a rediculous charge. I'm due to review my visa and the agent charges 1000.

also, yea chiming in on that 18,800 figure. that's bs. setting up a entire new company to land a 2-year doesn't even come close to costing that much. someone's getting scammed.

to process my last renewal including renewing all my business credentials (2 were past due) was only like 1200... visa-only was 800. Agents who advertise on forums are pretty much bottom of the barrel scum suckers who you go to if you literally have no idea what you're doing.
