Florida tortoise in search for a master (for free)! ;)

Hi,

I saved yesterday two Florida tortoises from a certain death in a supermarket in Dongcheng district; they were in a very small tank in only 1 centimer of dirty water.
I took them with me. They are now in my apartment, in a new tank, with fresh water and food. They will need a bigger tank.
The problem is I will have to go back to France soon, and the importation of these animals is prohibited in France.
That's why I'm desesperate to find someone who could adopt them. They have all their nails, no scars whatsoever.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you want photos or more details!

Thanks a lot.
Wink

Re: Florida tortoise in search for a master (for free)! ;)

So kind of you to rescue the turtles.

Please send photos of the turtles to ICVS_CHINA@yahoo.com.

The International Center for Veterinary Services will create an adoption listing in English and Chinese for your turtles. There is no charge for this service. ICVS helps many pet owners and animal rescue/welfare groups post up adoption notices for FREE!

Please visit the "Adoptable Pets" section of the ICVS web site: www.ICVSASIA.com

The web site is heavily trafficked. The staff will also post adoption ads in the hospital and make introductions to potential adoption families.

Thank you for rescuing and for caring for these turtles and for helping to find a new home for them.

Please see photos of the lovely "red-eared slider" turtle for adoption.

Thanks to Manon for her caring and kindness to help this turtle find a new home.
