UFC - how and where?

if i wanted to watch UFC in beijing..

1. firstly, how do i find out what time the fights are on, do i just go to the UFC website and calculate the time difference? UFC china website is only in chinese and my reading sucks.
2. where regularly shows the fights? bars, restaurants? are they live or delayed?
3. if i have dream satellite, does ESPN or one of those dodgy filipino channels show it?
4. can i pay per view in some way? is it reliable here?

how come you can answer threads about NFL, but not UFC? come oooooon, someone must know...

There is a UFC channel with their agent in China: Sohu.com. They stream the events live totally mianfei, although as I recall you have to use internet explorer (POS).

Alternatively you can use a program called "Sopcast" to stream the events.

Keep in mind live means Sunday morning factoring in the 12 hour time difference.
