Hi folks,
Can anyone recommend a good IP card I can use all over China? I bought an IP card in Shanghai (china telecom 17908 card). I was tricked. The man said I could use it everywhere in China. I can't even use it in Beijing. It's for Shanghai only. I paid 80rmb for it.
I am presently in Beijing.
