I'm looking for apartment and Sanlitun SOHO is interesting due to its location and design. Does anyone have first hand experience in living there? Would you recommend it?

I have read comments on the forum and I have visited the houses. Apartment finishing was ~OK, but I could not get warm water out of tap and the water pressure was low too. I think Sanlitun SOHO is from the same company as Jianwai SOHO (that is piece of crap).
