How to pay water bill in Beijing?

Hi all
I was hoping someone can help me with this.
Do any of you know how I can pay my water bill? I've never had to do it before.
I have the bill (it was stuck to my door). Can I just walk into a bank or post office, hand it to the cashier, and pay it?
Any advice appreciated.

Typically your land lord should have given you a Water card or
水卡, This you could take to an ICBC and put money on the account. Did you rent your apartment with an agent? Because they are required to help you with these sort of things. Are you in contact with your landlord, because they should also know. Don't have any friends to translate? Go to sanlitun, buy a nice Chinese girl a drink and ask her to make the call.

I just linked the billing to my bank account, paying takes like what? 10 seconds and no waiting in line at the bank. CMB is good stuffs.

If you weren't issued a water card, then most likely you would just go to your wuye (property management office) to pay it.
