Tonton&Tata Alsace finally announces its closure in Beijing on 3rd December 2011, and will be moved to another province several months later.
We sincerely thank you – every customer who came enjoy the Flammekueche and the special Alsatian dishes. Grace to your support that this small bistro grow up little by little.
Since the Alsatian food is unique in Beijing, and some specialities are even unique in China, we are also searching for somebody who is interested in retaking T&T in Beijing, we will support the technics for the special dishes, the equipments and the clientele, or who is interested in moving the special dishes into his own culinary area, so that the story of the Flammekueche can continue in this city and the customers who frequent will not be disappointed by this sad news.
