I know there's loads of threads about the ins and outs of using non-Chinese iPhone 4 in China, but I'm wondering if a 4s, particularly an American AT&T 4s, can be hacked or whatever it is that needs to be done to get it to be fully functional here.

I know there's a couple experts on this kind of thing here, I appreciate your replies.
