Penn Staters in Beijing?

It's Joe Pa's last game on Saturday. Of course the circumstances are nothing short of tragic, especially for Sandusky's victims, but if you're a Penn State fan you'll know it's impossible not to still love Paterno, despite his awful mistake.

It feels completely necessary to watch the game, it starts at midnight Saturday night. Would anybody else be down? (Assuming we can find a way.)

We Are.......

Joe Pa is gone. Let the gnashing of teeth, the tearing of the sack cloth and the spreading of the ashes commence.

Re: Penn Staters in Beijing?

Sorry, you will not see his last game, he already coached it, he was fired today, will not coach another game.

Classic case of sticking around too long. Too bad too, I really don't care much about him but he would have been a legend, still probably will be but his legacy will always be tarnished, he was fired from Penn State, the school he put on the map. Would have been much better to leave on his own terms, this is not good.

Not knowing anything whatsoever about the game (so having no emotional attachment) but having read quite a few stories about Paterno and how close he was to Sandusky... no mistake was made, he kept his mouth shut even after no Police action was taken. As a non-partisan observer, one might ask if Paterno was involved as well.
