why do not call your brother or sister's name directly if you can not distinguish brother 2, sister 1 and 2?

do not tell me your brother 1 and brother 2 have the same name......
do not tell me your sister 1 and sister 2 have the same name......

or they are twins......

okay.
use "first name + ge/gege/ jie/jiejie" , you can call your brother 1 or brother 2 or other sisters.
