ok i changed my mind and bought a e- vespa:) is it true that chinese police arent allowed to chase you? so THEORETICLY it does not matter if you have a plate or not, because they can only catch you in an accident or when your stopping somehow. However i do not take that risk. Sticking to e bikes is the best way to move around bj. and i got these 10rmb white plates. now i'm 100% legal right?(always wearing safety gear)
