Is it true that it's impossible to change L or F visa to work visa / Z visa?

Hello, everyone !

You can change from L or F visa to working visa without leave China .
All the process ：you need apply for employment license first . then , converting L visa or F visa to temporarily working visa . After that , you can apply for employment permit . Finally, You need apply for working visa for one year .
