a possible case of animal cruelty???

hello everyone,
Lately I've got myself in a bit of trouble over a dog I see everyday out in the streets. I know it belongs to one of the neighbours upstairs because the poor thing just camps out front until someone lets him in the building and runs upstairs... This animal is in the streets ALL DAY (I don't know when they let him back in, if at all) and now that is beginning to snow I'm worried about it...

I don't want to start giving it shelter and food at night and then let it out in the morning because it will make me feel bad putting it out again...

And I don't want the neighbours to see me letting the pooch out because they might think I'm trying to steal it or something...

I really don't know what to do. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Re: a possible case of animal cruelty???

You are a very kind person, you can post an advertisement on the wall before you lead the little thing back home, for the owner's convenience. But I think very possible it is ownerless, otherwise the owner must have began looking for it urgently.

Why do men lie to women so easily? Just because a man just needs to give the start, then the lie is done by the woman herself.

Re: a possible case of animal cruelty???

Animal cruelty? How do you know the "owner" is really the owner? Maybe just someone like you that feeds it sometimes.

Also this is Chinar...a place where you can watch videos of Chinese ladies roasting live puppies on the street, so don't expect too many sympathetic neighbors...

I can't even get my students to understand why Mike Vick went to prison for dog fighting.

Damn I'm hot. I'm on fire!

Its OK its been left out on the street for a purpose.
Its to feed the starving Chinese who live on the streets.

oi you tang bitch, seriously, shut your f***in gob now and do us all a favour. Anyway teacher11, I can feel your pain. Dan4's right, neighbours aren't like to report YOU for stealing a dog, just put up a poster saying if no one calls you in 3 days you're going to take the dog in at night and tough if they go to court if he has an owner because you warned them Smile

Also, have you considered the possibility he was abandoned when his owner left the area? I find it highly likely. If no one claims it, take him in please and look after him. If you can't, but ads up in the beijinger classifieds and people will be drooling over the cute dog.

hope i helped,

amy

There is a poor dog in our community. It is locked in the balcony. When people who collect garbage come, it will bark sadly.
Some people never treat their dogs well. I wonder why they raise pets like that. Angry
