Desperately Seeking for a capable colourist/hairdresser able to dye BLONDE hair!

Hello!

I have blode hair and I need to get my roots done. Unfortunately this is not easy business in Beijing. Every time no matter how much money I spend (up to 1000rmb) the new colour of the roots does not blend in with the rest of the length, right now it looks reddish and it's disgusting. ARE THERE ANY BLONDES OUT THERE IN BEIJING THAT ARE NOT HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING THEIR COLOURS DONE? if yes WHICH IS YOUR HAIRDRESSER AND WHO IS YOUR HAIRSTYLIST? I can speak Chinese but I would rather have someone either Western or trained abroad because they have probably treated blonde hair before...

I've just been to "Le Salon" in Guomao, and I'm very happy of my new haircut and color. My hairstylist is French and his name is Laurent.
